Buses
The transportation options from the MSP are numerous, and the bus services themselves are many. Most commonly, passengers have the option to take either a charter bus or the City Bus Service. The City Bus service takes passengers from the airport to multiple locations around the city, and vice versa.
It is important to note that it only stops at Terminal 1 at the MSP. If you are intending to head to Terminal 2, or your flight arrived at this terminal, but you have intentions to board the City Bus Service, then you can take the Light Rail train that transports people between terminals for free!
When at the first terminal, you can head over to the first level of the Transit Center, where you will be able to pick up the bus. For more information about this service, including ticket prices and drop-off/pick-up locations, you can call the information center at +1 612 373 3333.

Hotel MSP Airport bus
Many hotels in the area (and beyond) tend to offer their guests the chance to be transported between the airport and the hotel on their own shuttle bus. This bus is generally free of charge, and it is the courtesy of the hotel. Thus, if you are staying at a hotel, do inquire about the availability of this service.
