Terminal 1

Terminal 1 msp airport

The MSP receives tens of millions of visitors each year, and they are understandably subdivided into two different terminals. The two terminals are labeled one and two, and they both handle a wide variety of flights that are domestic and international.

Each terminal has additional concourses, labeled A through H, each with its own designated gates.

It is important to note that traveling between the terminals can be easily done through the Light Rail shuttle system, which transports people free of charge and on a non-stop basis. These things and more make it the most convenient way to go around the different locations of the airport.

Terminal 1 Minneapolis Saint Paul Airport

Seven of the eight concourses in this airport can be found in this terminal, which has been officially named after Charles Lindbergh.

The floors of the terminal are as follows – the ground transportation floor is an important one, subdivided into the northern and southern sides, and it offers transportation opportunities within the borders of the airport and outside it.

The first floor is dedicated to the arriving passengers. This ultimately means that you can find passport control and baggage claim on this floor.

Alternatively, the second floor is dedicated to the departing passengers, and it thus contains the check-in counters, TSA control, and flight gates.

The third floor is dedicated almost exclusively for all the extra facilities and services that the MSP offers to its visitors.
