Services
Although the restaurants, lounges, and stores offered at the MSP truly make the trip through the airport an enjoyable one with lots to do, there is so much more to do there!
If you’re traveling with children, then you will definitely appreciate the children’s play zones and the nursing stations.
If you are traveling with pets, especially your service animals, you can look for the pet relief zones at each terminal.
Other facilities available at the MSP that aim at making your trip as convenient as possible include the available lockers, ATMs, currency exchange desks, device charging stations, and even shower facilities, which are definitely a novelty to find at airports!

Minneapolis Airport smoking area
Although smoking is not allowed inside the airport’s terminals, you can still find multiple zones just outside the terminals where smoking is permissible.
One MSP smoking area outside Terminal 1 is right outside floor where baggage claim can be found. You can also find smoking zones outsides doors 1A, 2, and 4B, on what is known as the ticketing level.
The Terminal 2 smoking area Minneapolis Airport is at the curbside.
In both terminals, you can smoke at any of the parking ramps.
